Size Percentile Calculator
This calculator uses data from peer-reviewed scientific studies to compare a measurement to the statistical average. The most comprehensive meta-analysis, published in BJU International (2015), analyzed data from 15,521 men across 20 studies worldwide.
Average erect length: 5.16 inches (13.12 cm)
Standard deviation: 0.65 inches (1.66 cm)
Average erect girth: 4.59 inches (11.66 cm)

How Percentiles Work
A percentile tells you what percentage of the population falls below your measurement. For example, the 75th percentile means you are larger than 75% of men. The 50th percentile is exactly average.
Normal Distribution
Size follows a normal (bell-shaped) distribution. This means most men cluster around the average, with very few at the extremes. About 68% of men are within one standard deviation of the mean.
How to Use
Enter your measurement in inches. The calculator computes your percentile using the normal distribution based on published research data.
Proper Measurement
For consistent results matching study methodology, measure along the top surface from the base (pressing the ruler to the pubic bone) to the tip. Use a flexible tape for girth measured at the widest point.
Important Context
Size is just one aspect of overall health and wellness. Research consistently shows that confidence, communication, and emotional connection matter far more in relationships than physical measurements.
